Short Change Plus is an ideal routine for the close up magic. The magician tells a little story about a problem that he had with money when paying a dinner. During history there are various funny situations with magical effects and everything ends with a surprising end.
This trick is easy to make and can be reset in no time to repeat it. Here he left a summary of history:
"I will tell you a funny little story that happened to me in a hotel restaurant when I pay for dinner.
When I ask the waiter about the bill, he tells me that the total amount is $ 50, so I take my money and count $ 50 on the table, and I also count $ 4 as a tip for the waiter.
The waiter takes the $ 50, but when I add the bills, it clearly counts $ 45 and tells me that 5 dollars are missing.
I take the money surprised and slowly count it over the table and get to $ 50, but the waiter insists that there are $ 45 and are missing $ 5.
At this point we called the manager of the restaurant and counting the money as if the dispute ends, but the manager takes the money, and if we count it on the table, he only counts $ 40 and tells me that it is actually $ 10 at $ 50.
At this point I told the manager that I didn't want any further trouble and told him that I would go to the hotel room to look for the missing $ 10, but the manager of the restaurant told me that I really not only 50 Had to pay dollars for dinner, but also $ 350 for all dinner of the week, the missing, and that the total debt is $ 400.
At that moment I took all the money on the table together with the waitress' tip and looked at the manager with a smile and told him to be careful because I would solve this problem in a magical way, and I blew on the bills I held in my hands.
And now I clearly counted on the table, first the $ 4 tip from the waiter and now the other notes had magically turned into $ 4 100 notes so that I could pay the $ 400 !!!!
