Shipping Information

  • We send your orders with Swiss Post (Post.ch) daily from Monday to Friday.
  • Your order will usually be sent within 24 hours after receipt of payment, provided that the order arrives from us before 3:00 p.m.
  • If an article is missing temporarily, we deliver postage free of post as soon as possible!

Shipping to Switzerland (CH) and Liechtenstein (FL)
Shipping takes place Monday to Friday within 24 hours after receipt of payment. You have the choice between Economy for CHF 7.50(CHF 4.50 from CHF 45.– value of goods) (postal shipping within 2-3 days) and Priority for CHF 9.50 (Post shipment within 1-2 days). These postage costs are a flat rate that arises in any case, even if the effective postage costs are below the paid amount.

Packages that are sent with priority mail by 3 p.m. usually arrive at your following day. Priority packages on Thursday after 3 p.m. or on Friday will only arrive on the following Monday. Delivery on Saturday is only possible with Express (flat rate CHF 25.00). Please contact us.

Free shipping broadcast
Shipping is free of charge from an order value of CHF 100.00. The exception remain articles that have to be sent as a blocking goods or orders that are sent to partial deliveries at your request.

Shipping to Germany (DE), Austria (AT) or to other countries 
No orders can be abandoned in the online shop. Due to the latest EU customs regulations, shipping to the EU is not possible.

Payment options

  1. Payment by postcard or credit card
    Payment using a credit card is via the payment portal from Datatrans. We accept both American Express as well as Visa and Mastercard. You will be forwarded directly after order confirmation. You can also pay with Postcard or Postfinance E-Finance.

  2. Payment by bank transfer with immediately
    The Sofort Transfer payment method enables you to pay directly from your bank account, provided you have an e-banking access for your account. This payment method is not associated with any additional costs.

  3. Payment with PayPal
    When paying with PayPal, you will be automatically forwarded to PayPal's payment dialog. For this payment method you need a customer account on the pagewww.paypal.ch. Hold your PayPal customer login.

  4. Purchase on account with partial payment option (PowerPay)

    As an external payment service provider, MF Group / PowerPay offers the payment method “Buying on account”. With the order calculation, you can simply pay your online purchase by invoice. If you do without a payment in the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly bill with an order overview in the following month.

    At the conclusion of the purchase contract, PowerPay takes over the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. If you buy on account, you accept in addition to our terms and conditions (powerpay.ch/de/agb).
