Der Magier breitet ein Kartenspiel aus und fordert das Publikum auf, frei an eine beliebige Karte zu denken. Um die Erinnerung des Zuschauers einzufangen, wählt der Zauberkünstler eine Karte aus, dreht sie um und legt sie zurück in den Stapel. Wenn die Karten wieder ausgebreitet werden, scheint die Karte des Zuschauers aus dem aufgedeckten Deck verschwunden zu sein und die verdeckte Karte bleibt als Gedanke zurück.
Mit einem Knall enthüllt der Zauberer, dass es sich um eine Illusion handelt. Die verdeckte Karte entpuppt sich als leer, und das gesamte Deck wird ebenfalls leer. Die gedachte Karte war nie im Deck - sie war die ganze Zeit woanders - vielleicht in einer Brieftasche, unter einer Matte, in einer Tasche oder sogar auf dem Stuhl des Zuschauers.
Genau wie sein Name verkörpert Free Thought die Freiheit der Wahl und der Enthüllung. Das Set enthält ein brandneues TCC Triumph Spielkarten-Design, darunter ein Gaffeldeck und ein normales Deck.
