Grimas is a Dutch small company that develops and produces make-up for professionals and for the hobby market, including primary schools. Since professionals use the products intensively and children can react more sensitive to substances than adults due to their body volume, this results in high additional requirements for the composition of the products.

Each Grimas product, every different color of a product, has its own label with the specification of the ingredients. This is particularly important with allergies. An allergy is an overreaction of the body to a certain fabric. People can e.g. B. to nutrients (lactose), substances in the air (pollen) or cosmetic ingredients (perfume) react allergically. This does not mean that these substances are generally harmful. After all, an allergic reaction is an individual reaction.
Pure raw materials for best make -up products
To ensure the harmlessness of the products, Grimas uses the re -shaping of all raw materials. A list of ingredients can be found under the sections of colors, sizes and ingredients in the 'product information' (for every product and even for every batch). Grimas has a traditional approach, but the production is still high-tech and is carried out under strict hygiene conditions , to ensure the bacteriological harmlessness of the products.
The composition of the Water Make-up, for example, ensures that no microorganisms can develop in it. A sample is taken from each batch and sent to the laboratory for control. The safety of products used with water can also be ensured in the long term, we carry out challenge tests.
In doing so, disease -making bacteria and mold are deliberately added to see whether the product composition kills them. Only when the product has passed this test will it be launched. Grimas produces for a large number of countries: traditional, professional and safe.
