Hollywood, 1959: Everything is happening on the set of the eagerly awaited Hollywood comedy ‘The Legionnaire Who Loved Me’. It is here, of all places, that the celebrated film star Henry Steward is found murdered. One thing is clear: glitz and glamour cannot hide this bloody violent crime. The perpetrator is part of the film crew! Can the players solve the murder case in Deadly Dinner - Red Carpet to Ruin?
The host invites the guests to a dinner party where they take on the roles of murder suspects. One of them has committed the murder, but they all have secrets they would rather keep to themselves. Over three rounds, they try to uncover the secrets of the other players without making themselves look suspicious. The common goal is to solve the murder case – or get away with the bloody deed.
A game of Deadly Dinner consists of three rounds in which everyone receives new information about the crime. In each round, players also receive secret objects, which can be found in envelopes in the box. Players must discuss their information and clues within the group in order to identify the perpetrator at the end. To prepare, players should receive the initial information about their character a few days before playing.
