Ich möchte ein Statement abgeben... Um faule Mentalisten/Magier zu entmutigen: Ohne ein gewisses Maß an Wissen über Irreführung/Publikumsmanagement und ohne den Willen, sich anzustrengen, stehen deine Erfolgschancen schlecht.
Das ist etwas gewagt. Ich habe damit über die Jahre hinweg viel Erfolg gehabt. Du bekommst alle meine Informationen und Ideen, wie du das am besten umsetzen kannst. Ich gehe auf das Publikumsmanagement ein, darauf, wie man den Blick verdeckt, damit er natürlich aussieht und Sinn macht, und ich spreche auch über Routinen, die meiner Meinung nach am besten dazu passen.
Billet Work ist nichts, was du auf die leichte Schulter nehmen oder abtun solltest. Für Mentalisten sind Billets möglicherweise eines der grundlegendsten Werkzeuge in ihrem Arsenal. Du kannst mit einem Stapel Kärtchen, und einem Stift mächtige Wunder vollbringen, Gedanken lesen und Momente schaffen, die ein Leben lang halten.
Das Problem, das ich mit traditionellen Kärtchen hatte, war der Gipfel selbst. Die meisten Züge und Ausreden fühlten sich nie ganz gerechtfertigt an.
Bei diesem Projekt wollte ich so nah wie möglich an die Informationen herankommen, die sie schreiben. Dann wüsste ich die Informationen sofort... aber ohne Elektronik. Nur ein Zettel, ein Stift und ihr Gedanke an die Information.In Plain Sight hat das für mich gelöst.
