Für diese Lektion hat Harlan Tarbell einige außergewöhnlich wirksame Kunststücke zusammengestellt, die zum Teil mittlerweile zu Klassikern geworden sind.
Die „20th-Century-Silks“ – die Seidentücher des 20. Jahrhunderts – sind ein beliebtes Händlerkunststück. Neben einer Version mit unpräparierten Tüchern wird eine weitere des berühmten Zauberkünstlers Al Baker vorgestellt, die dieser jahrelang im Programm hatte.
Gleich darauf ist ein Kapitel auch noch Al Baker‘s „Sympathetic Silks“, seinen „Solidarischen“ Tüchern gewidmet.
Ein weiterer Höhepunkt ist das Tuch, das blitzartig eine Stuhllehne, einen Besenstiel oder Mikrofonständer durchdringt – und dies gleich mehrmals hin und her. Weiterhin lernen Sie Ottokar Fischers „Schnüre aus Phantasien“ kennen, außerdem eine geniale Falttechnik für Blendo-Tücher, eine blitzartige Produktion von ein bis zu drei Tüchern aus dem Nichts sowie eine verblüffende Vervielfachung eines Tuches in sage und schreibe acht Tücher – und keiner weiß, woher die sieben anderen kamen ...
