Michel Huot's socks is the funniest piece of mentalism that we have published for years.
Socks are simple and strong in the premise: they show two card packages with different sock designs on each individual. They explain the premise: the viewer selects two socks and they hope that the viewer can find the only perfect game. If you turn them back twice at once, you show that every couple is unequal. When the viewer says stop, place his selection aside, with your face down. Do you see where that leads? Well, it's not the way you think.
The viewer turns the two selected socks to show that they do not match at all: yellow stars on a sock and violet stripes on the other. But then lift your trousers to unveiled the exact base you have chosen.
This hits people hard and completely surprises them. It is also not a card or coin or a rope trick. It is a piece of mentality with a piece of clothing and something with which everyone can identify.
Finally, you snap your fingers and show that every single pair of socks now fits perfectly!
