About the editor: After completing her studies at Princeton University, Noel Daniel went to Berlin as a Fulbright scholarship holder, made a master in London and was head of a gallery for photography before she worked as a publisher in Los Angeles.
About the authors: The author, publisher, collector and professional magician Mike Caveney published more than 50 books on the history of magic and the biographies of Carter The Great (1995) and Kellars Wonders (2003) wrote. In addition to his shows in over 20 countries, Caveney also performed in the NBC television series Worlds Greatest Magic. He has been a passionate collector and stage magician for more than three decades.
