Das Brainwave Kartenspiel ist nicht ohne Grund ein Klassiker, aber es gibt einige Schwächen, die nur schwer zu umgehen sind. Allen Garcia, auch bekannt als cntrl_shft, hat mit dieser neuen Version von Brainwave etwas auf die Beine gestellt, das diesen klassischen Effekt auf ein ganz neues Niveau heben wird.
Und so geht's:
Zu Beginn bittest du deinen Zuschauer, sich ein Kartenspiel vorzustellen. Nachdem du das imaginäre Kartenspiel in seinem Kopf gemischt hast, bittest du den Zuschauer, an eine Karte zu denken. Sobald der Zuschauer eine Karte im Kopf hat, zeigst du auf ein Kartenspiel, das die ganze Zeit auf dem Tisch lag und vom Zauberer nicht berührt wurde.
Du bittest den Zuschauer, das Kartenspiel zu öffnen, ohne dass der Zauberkünstler weiß, um welche Karte es sich handelt, und bittest ihn, das Kartenspiel auszubreiten und die Karte zu finden, an die er gedacht hat.
Die Karte wird aus dem Kartenspiel genommen und das Deck umgedreht, um deutlich zu zeigen, dass alle Karten im Deck rot sind, bis auf eine Karte. Der Zuschauer dreht die Karte um, an die er gerade gedacht hat, und es ist die einzige Karte mit einer blauen Rückseite!
Dieses Deck funktioniert nach demselben Prinzip, wie das Original Brainwave. Das Spiel lässt sich jedoch mit korrekten Anweisungen vom Zuschauer selbst handhaben und ausstreifen. Dafür sind nicht alle Kartenwerte frei wählbar. Es muss also eine Auswahl an Karten forciert werden.Â
