Trick Cards and Gaff Cards
Where imagination ends, trick cards | gaff cards come into play. Cleverly designed routines or breathtakingly visual flash effects - nothing is impossible. Entire specialty decks or even just individual gaff cards, usually made with the innocently looking backs of well-known playing card manufacturers. If this devilish stuff is used correctly, you can expect jaws to drop.
A blue playing card, and then red after all?
At one moment the card you are looking for is in the middle, then suddenly on top, or all at once the whole deck consists of the same card. Or the spectator shuffles the four aces into the deck themselves - but in the next moment you produce them one after another. Experienced magicians know immediately that this is referring to the “Svengali” and “Stripper” decks. But why not make your deck red for once, after some spectators have experienced a blue surprise?

An indescribable creativity from generations of magicians has created a wealth of trick cards that lets you perform true wonders. Trick cards are often used when there is no time to practice. Nevertheless, “trick card tricks” should also be well rehearsed before you show them to your audience.
The ideal use of playing cards
Trick cards | gaff cards are best used in combination with “ordinary” playing cards. The performer should also have a minimum of experience handling playing cards in order to gain credibility. Only then do the trick cards come into play - used sparingly like salt. But don’t get caught, or you may get a salty response...
