English Magic Reference Books

If you speak English, a second, vast world of imagination and possibilities opens up to you, because a large part of the best classic magic literature was and is written in English. But if you do not yet speak English, this is your chance to learn it at the same time. Reading English books will also automatically improve your vocabulary.

The book test – magic books under the microscope

Naturally, our large selection includes many of the most important and influential books ever to contribute to the art of magic. To name just two: Lewis Ganson with his books about the great Dai Vernon, or Tony Corinda’s groundbreaking “13 Steps to Mentalism”. Alongside these, new works by young, inspired, and creative artists are also published regularly.

Are books only for the older generation?

Not at all! Books have been around much longer than newer media such as DVDs. This only shows how important they are. Anyone who does without magic books is also missing out on the true treasures of our art. Even a die-hard, committed DVD magician benefits from putting his nose into a book once in a while, because one does not exclude the other. And vice versa.

Expand your magic library

Many of the greatest magicians have an exceptionally large library. And there is a reason for this – they want to absorb every bit of knowledge about their passion with tireless curiosity. And when a book that has been read and worked through ends up on the shelf, it admittedly gives you a very satisfying feeling with a hint of pride.
