Marked Bicycle Rider Back Playing Cards are back with the second edition! This is the Blue version.

These are the first fully marked Bicycle Rider Backs produced in ten years. The United States Playing Card Company (USPC) doesn't allow any changes to the trademarked Rider Back design. However, Ondrej Psenicka found a way to mark these without breaking the trademark.

Butterfly Magic Store produced the first edition in collaboration with Bicycle Cards and the USPC for their inaugural Cardtopia convention in November 2023. A limited number of decks were released during Black Friday 2023 and then on Valentine's Day 2024. They sold out quickly, so we're bringing them back with the second edition!

At first glance, these look like standard Bicycle playing cards. Upon closer inspection, you'll discover an easy-to-read marking system in all four corners and a deceptive one-way back design. The marking system is derived from the iconic Butterfly Playing Cards marking system.

We include written instructions with every deck. They come in five languages: English, German, French, Spanish, and Czech.

We designed the tuck box to be as similar to the standard Rider Backs as possible. It comes with a black USPC seal, and the deck's back design shows on the back of the box (in its marked version). This is to make them blend well with other Rider Back decks you might be using.

The faces use a standard USPC design with one slight change. They are also one-way. This feature has many uses for magic, like the one-way back design.

Each deck includes two identical black and white Bicycle Jokers, a double-backer, and an extra Queen of Hearts with a Five of Spades reveal.

The second edition Marked Bicycle Rider Backs are printed on crushed Retail stock and have a modern cut. They feel broken in and faro shuffle smoothly straight out of the box.
